Zoho Monthly Autofill

Zoho Monthly Autofill is an independent Chrome extension developed by Franco Rosatto. It helps you prepare a Monthly Log in your existing Zoho session. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Zoho.

Information processed

The extension processes the hours, description and options you enter. When you invoke it on a page containing the supported Monthly Log form, it reads the form's dates, weekend indicators, selected Project and Job, existing hours, and the description editor needed to perform and verify your requested changes. It checks the active tab URL to determine whether script injection is possible. It does not collect your browsing history.

Local storage and retention

Your last hours, description, weekend preference and skip-existing preference are stored using chrome.storage.local. These settings are not synchronized by the extension to other devices. They remain until you replace them or uninstall the extension. The execution plan, selected row information and progress are held in memory and discarded when the tab navigates or reloads. No log-entry history is stored by the extension.

Use and disclosure

Data is used only to provide the requested autofill, preview and verification features. The extension does not send data to the developer, advertisers, analytics services or a developer-operated server. It does not sell or share data for advertising, creditworthiness or lending purposes.

The extension places your requested values into Zoho's existing page and invokes its individual Description confirmation controls. Zoho may process these interactions under its own privacy policy and your account settings. The extension does not click the final Monthly Log Save/Submit button. You review and save the monthly log manually. This policy does not replace Zoho's privacy policy.

Credentials and permissions

The extension does not read or store cookies, passwords, authentication tokens or session credentials and does not use OAuth. It relies on the session you already opened. activeTab grants temporary access to the tab you invoke it on; scripting injects bundled code into that tab; storage saves your preferences locally. No persistent host access is requested.

Diagnostics

Local console diagnostics include processing dates and structural control metadata. The extension does not intentionally log descriptions, project names, form values, credentials or complete page HTML. Diagnostics are not uploaded by the extension.

Your choices

You can change saved settings in the popup, stop an in-progress run, and uninstall the extension to remove its local settings. Stopping or uninstalling does not automatically undo values already entered in Zoho. Review and remove unwanted pending values directly in Zoho.

Support communications

If you choose to email the author, your email address and message will be processed to respond to your request through the email provider. Do not include passwords, tokens, private timesheets or unsanitized session exports. You may request deletion of support correspondence by contacting the author, subject to any applicable retention obligations.

Optional support link

The extension includes a voluntary support link to Buy Me a Coffee. No request is sent to that service by the banner until you click it. The message is selected locally without tracking. If you open the link, Buy Me a Coffee processes your visit and any payment under its own privacy policy and terms. The extension does not process payment details, append form data to the link, or require a contribution to use any feature.

Policy website hosting

This policy website is hosted on GitHub Pages. Visiting these pages sends ordinary web request information, such as your IP address, to GitHub under its privacy statement. This is separate from extension operation. These pages contain no analytics, tracking scripts or embedded payment widgets.

Changes and contact

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the extension. The updated policy will identify its revision date.
